Gary O. Epstein has more than 40 years experience as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

He graduated from Bentley University in 1976 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting and was inducted into the Bentley Honor Society. He continued his education at Bentley University McCallum Graduate School of Business and received a Masters of Science degree in Taxation with academic honors in 1981. In 1986, he received a certificate in financial planning from the Metropolitan College at Boston University. He is also a Notary Public.

Gary is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants*; and a founding member of the North Shore Accountants’ Round Table. He was a recipient of the “Outstanding Young Men of America” award in 1983 and “Rotarian of the Year” in 2012. He currently serves as Secretary of the Rotary Club of Peabody Massachusetts, where he had also served in the capacity of President during 1991-1992.

Community Service Includes:

Current Secretary and past President of the Peabody Chapter of Rotary International, Gary has also served as Sergeant-at-Arms, Program Director, Vice President, and Chairman of the Scholarship Committee. He is past Treasurer of the Haven From Hunger of Peabody, Inc. and continues to participate in Rotary sponsored Haven From Hunger events. Additionally, he’s past secretary of the Essex County Estate and Business Planning Council and former executive board member of the Peabody Chamber of Commerce.
