Kenneth Drooks joined the firm as a managing member in January 2006.

Ken graduated Cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1980 with a degree in Accounting in the honors program. He was also inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma and Alpha Lambda Delta honor societies.  He received a Master of Science in Taxation from Bentley University McCallum Graduate School of Business in 1983.

In addition to being an active member in local business organizations throughout the North Shore, Ken is also involved in many charitable and professional organizations.

Ken has over 38 years experience in public accounting. From 1980 to 1986 he was a member of various national and local CPA firms, most notably PricewaterhouseCoopers (emerging business & tax departments). During 1986 he was one of the founding partners of Sullivan & Drooks, CPAs in Beverly and Danvers, Massachusetts. He managed that practice until 1997 when Sullivan & Drooks was transitioned into the national accounting firm of American Express Tax & Business Services, one of 55 offices nationwide.

In 2006. Ken merged his practice with another practice, which became Epstein& Drooks, LLC.
