Epstein & Drooks’s history is the result of a merger between two long-established North Shore CPA firms serving the Boston metropolitan and north of Boston communities.

Sherman & Epstein, formed in 1984, is an outgrowth of the firm Selwyn J. Sherman, CPA, who began his practice in Peabody in 1965. In 2006, Kenneth A. Drooks, one of the founding partners of Sullivan & Drooks, joined the practice, bringing with him experience with various national and local CPA firms as well.

Epstein & Drooks provides services in the following areas; taxation, consulting, estate planning, business acquisitions and sales, and accounting services for profit and non-profit businesses in New England and across the United States.

The firm represents clients in a variety of industries including retail, construction, manufacturing, medical, professional services, and real estate.
